OpenCountry is a niche video platform built around a single foundational rule: Every uploaded video must be AI-reviewed before it can be publicly posted.
Allowed Content (Approved Outdoors Sectors)
All videos uploaded to our base camps must be primarily about approved outdoor activities and lifestyle. Supported topics include:

Forbidden Territory (Violations & Penalties)
OpenCountry is not a generic hosting warehouse. To protect our outdoors focus, the following materials will be rejected automatically by our AI or removed manually by moderators:

Illegal Hunting & PoachingIllegal trapping, spotlighting, trespassing on protected lands, bagging out-of-season, or poaching laws.

Political & Ideological PropagandaPartisan debates, election campaigns, culture war arguments, or extremist group communications.
✗
Pornography & Extreme ViolenceAdult themes, graphic violence unrelated to sporting harvests, illegal weapon blueprints, and cyber spam.
Automated AI & Moderator Safeguards
OpenCountry implements a secure two-tier check system:
- AI Video Scans: Our multi-modal vision reviewer scans video metadata, audio transcripts, and 5 sampled frame storyboards before videos are published.
- Manual Moderator Override: If the AI detects a borderline compliance score (between 0.60 and 0.85 confidence), it queues the video for human check in our admin dashboard.
- Viewer Flag Queue: Authenticated viewers can file reports against any video. Flagged videos are locked or forwarded to admins immediately.
