OpenCountry uses automated and human review. AI approval does not guarantee legal compliance. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content follows all applicable hunting, fishing, firearm, wildlife, boating, and land use laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the OpenCountry platform and creating an account profile, you agree to follow our Content Policy, RLS protocols, and moderator review parameters. If you poach or violate safety codes, your outfitter base camp is forfeit (account suspension).
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your credentials. Creators must keep their account type up-to-date and maintain active, verified channels. Viewer outpost profiles are authorized for likes, comments, and reports.
3. License to Video Uploads
You retain full copyright ownership of your original films. By uploading, you grant OpenCountry a royalty-free right to host, distribute, transcode via Mux, and run multi-stage AI vision moderation.
