At OpenCountry, we respect the privacy of our outdoors community. This privacy policy details how we gather, process, and secure your profile registers, upload assets, and communication comments.
1. Outfitter Information We Collect
We collect the display name, custom `@handle`, and selected interests you supply during onboarding. We securely store your email address and encrypted password via Supabase Auth.
2. Video Files & Telemetry Logs
When you upload a video, it is sent directly to Mux using signed tokens. Mux processes and stores these clips safely. We calculate and store 5 visual frame thumbnail links in our Postgres tables to feed into our OpenAI auditing pipeline.
3. Shared Community Interactions
Your published comments, liked videos, followed channels, and filed reports are visible to authenticated campers and system administrators.
